Asbestos Surveys are ideal for anyone wanting to know if their property contains asbestos.
Our fully trained surveyors will inspect either the whole property or just your areas of concern. They will take samples of materials they suspect are asbestos and these are tested by a lab. An Asbestos Report is then provided with the findings and recommendations (if asbestos is identified).

Do I legally need an Asbestos Survey?
For non-domestic properties built before the year 1999 - yes you legally need an asbestos survey.
Any property built before 1999 (including domestic) which is due to undergo major refurbishments or demolition also is legally required to have an asbestos survey.
Domestic property owners are not legally required to have an asbestos survey.
Why is Asbestos harmful?
Asbestos are microscopic fibres which can cause life threatening illness when inhaled.
When a material containing asbestos is disturbed , it releases these tiny (invisible to the eye) fibres into the air. These fibres can be inhaled without you knowing - hence the name "Asbestos , the silent killer".
