Desktop survey carried out and risk assessment (Pre-site Survey)
Agree a date and time with the client for the survey to be completed
Prep and Provide Survey Plan to the Client
Meet client at the Nottingham property
Surveyors walk round to familiarise themselves with the layout
Survey starts with expert asbestos surveyors inspecting all parts of the property
Samples removed for laboratory testing
Make safe any areas which have been sampled
Debrief with the client and take samples to UKAS Accredited Laboratory
Trained surveyor to write up survey report and implement sample results , provide recommendations on any asbestos identified to the client within the report.
